1. About Talqeen Academy
Talqeen Academy ("the Academy," "we," "us") provides live online lessons in Quran recitation, Arabic language, and Islamic Studies. By booking lessons with us, you agree to these terms.
2. Lessons and Scheduling
Lessons are booked by agreement between the student/parent and the Academy via WhatsApp or email. Lesson times are confirmed 24 hours in advance where possible.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled lesson time. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged for the session.
4. Payment
Payment is made monthly in advance by the method agreed with the Academy. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
5. Free Trial
One free trial lesson per student. The free trial is a single session and is not transferable.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied within the first week of paid lessons, contact us for a full refund.
7. Student Conduct
Students and parents agree to treat teachers with respect. The Academy reserves the right to end any lesson or cease services if conduct is inappropriate.
8. Privacy
We collect only the information needed to provide lessons (name, contact details, level). We do not share your information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
